At the age of 25 he left a successful career in IT to start his own business. Following numerous entrepreneurial successes in the technology field – from LAN and WAN consulting, support and maintenance; distribution of CISCO and related products; to the distribution of PBX’s; and creating reseller channels – Frank joined Zinia as a shareholder in 2009.

After a successful career in sales he started a telecoms business selling Premicell and PABX systems employing over 50 staff in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Warren grew the business to become the largest privately owned Premicell base that was sold to a large ICT Company. In 2009 Warren recognized the opportunity in the market to create a Wireless Internet and Voice provider and Zinia was born. The company has grown into a leading business internet and voice telecoms company.

Having achieved great success for companies in the telephony, enterprise and ICT sectors, he brings a unique sales management approach to his executive role at Zinia.

She specialises in large corporate account management and has never missed an annual sales target, including achieving corporate sales targets and incentives at Vodacom where she was employed before Frank and Warren convinced her to Join Zinia in October 2014. Carmen has an incredible ability to network and gain the trust of CEO’s and Chairman of multi-billion rand companies.
