Zinia is technologically setup to run the operations of the business with all employees working effectively and productively from home. All employees have internet at home to access Zinia’s business systems, virtual telephone extensions and Microsoft Teams for video conferencing.
99% of our work can be remotely conducted and managed using our systems in the Cloud.
In addition, all IT customers are managed remotely through the Zinia Managed Services platform and highly experienced IT engineers.
We are currently in consultation regarding the process should a hardware failure occur at your premises, and we will communicate this when we have clarity.
