Smartsure Twenty20, previously Sasfin HRS, was formed in July 2014 as a Short-Term Insurance Administrator providing full back-end support to independent registered FSP’s who have access to a range of their products and services from personal cover, business insurance, specialist cover, assistance services and other products.

With 30 people working on a hybrid model and the use of mission critical broker and administrator platforms to support their clients, the Smartsure twenty20’s IT infrastructure needed to be stable, accessible, and have limited downtime.

Zinia also manages the company’s Microsoft 365 environment.
